- We are a HIPAA compliant pediatric office where we respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Co-payments for the patient visit are due at the time of visit.
- Any office visit that requires the patient to be seen by the nurse or the physician will be billed.
- We do not allow Cell phone usage in patient rooms in order to respect the physician’s time and services.
- We encourage families to provide us a 24-hour appointment cancellation notice.
- Patients arriving > 20 min later than the scheduled appointment time will be required to wait until the next scheduled patient is seen.
- Antibiotics will usually be prescribed to the patient only after the initial assessment of the patient by the pediatrician.
- Patient referrals to specialists will only be made after the initial evaluation of the patient by the pediatrician.

Billing
- Parents or guardians must bring the child’s health insurance card at each appointment. It is their responsibility to inform us of any changes with the child’s health insurance.
- It is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility to make all the payments towards Co-pays, deductibles as well as any rendered health services that are not covered by the child’s health insurance at the time of visit.
- All major ATM and Credit cards will be accepted for the payments.
